GROUP LESSONS

Learning together, for beginners
THE “COMPREHENSIVE” GROUP LESSON

As is the case for individual lessons, these lessons include instrument tuition AND music theory (read about the "comprehensive" individual lesson). Group lessons, being more affordable, are especially adapted for beginners.

Important remark for group lessons: To start a group lesson, one need to find at least 3 students who wish to share the same program (the same style for a BAND) and the same agenda, and also more or less from the same age and level. Something that CLASS & JAZZ cannot guarantee. When necessary, we work with waiting lists. To be absolutely sure to enjoy a group lesson, at group prices, we recommend subscribing as an “already existing”, or “already formed”, group.

PRACTICALLY

Each group or BAND has a minimum of 3 students (and a maximum of 5 depending on the topic). An ENSEMBLE has a minimum of 8 students.

Groeps and BANDS subcribe at their own choice for

  • a FULL subscription: 37 x 60 minutes OR 20 x 120 minutes
spread over 12 months, on school weeks.
  • a LIGHT subscription: 18 x 60 minutes OR 10 x 120 minutes
spread over 12 months, on school weeks.
  • a 10 lessons session: 10 x 60 minutes OR 5 x 120 minutes
    by appointment, on school weeks.

Lessons of 1,5 hour are also possible for ENSEMBLES.

Group lessons inevitably need a strict timetable. For this reason the lessons are scheduled on calendar in advance. It is essential to attend these lessons on a regular basis if one wants to keep up with the progress of the group.
